This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for designing and planning our global workplace network, connecting our people across geographies and spaces. You will play a pivotal role in enabling seamless front-end operations, ensuring the most important programs and initiatives are realized while fostering alignment across the department and cross-functional partners. THE ROLE As the Director, Central Workplace Operations, you will lead the team to: Establish the strategic approach to design and operate a global network of Everyday Luxury Workplaces Design and plan our workplace network, connecting our people across geographies and spaces Maximize workforce productivity and reduce churn Ensure the most important programs and initiatives are realized methodologically and entrepreneurially, while connecting and organizing the division Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

Requirements

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience
