Foxwoods Resort Casino is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Catering & Convention Services to lead one of the most exciting and high-volume catering operations in the region. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a diverse and revenue-rich portfolio, spanning local catering, large-scale conventions, luxury social events, and exclusive VIP experiences. In this role, you will be at the center of driving catering revenue growth, with a strong focus on expanding our presence in the local and social market, while also partnering closely with group sales to maximize total group contribution across rooms, catering, and ancillary services. What sets this opportunity apart is the breadth and visibility of the role—from leading aggressive sales strategies and optimizing event space yield, to overseeing the execution of high-profile events for Tribal leadership and some of our most valued casino patrons. This position offers the ability to make a direct and measurable impact on both revenue performance and guest experience at a flagship resort destination. We are looking for a leader who is equally comfortable driving sales, building relationships, and leading teams, while maintaining a strong operational lens to ensure flawless execution. The ideal candidate will bring (5) to (7)+ years of progressive experience in catering sales and/or convention services within a large-scale resort, casino, or convention hotel environment, a proven track record of driving catering revenue, strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, event space management, and meeting logistics, and demonstrated success leading teams and executing high-profile, VIP-level events. Proficiency in key systems such as Delphi, HMS, Cvent, and Microsoft Office, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule based on business demands, is essential.
