The Director of Cardiovascular and Interventional Procedural Services provides enterprise leadership for cardiovascular and interventional areas across both the Mountain View and Los Gatos campuses.

Requirements

• BSN required; master's in nursing or related field required.
• Five (5) years progressive management experience and ability to demonstrate competency in management skills.
• Three years combined leadership management experience in both Cardiovascular and Interventional procedural services areas required.
• California Registered Nurse license.
• Valid CA driving license and proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities

• This role has 24-hour responsibility for the cardiac catheterization lab and radiology interventional services (enterprise), imaging RNs (enterprise), PICC RN's (enterprise), EKG/ECHO services (enterprise), heart and vascular clinical nurse specialists (enterprise), and collaborates with quality data specialists to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensures alignment with the hospital's mission and strategic priorities in safety, quality, service, workforce, growth, and financial performance.
• Directs daily operations, optimizing labor and non-labor resources, and overseeing capital and operating budgets in collaboration with operational and clinical managers.
• Partners with the Chief Nursing Officer on workforce planning, including recruitment and retention, and works closely with physicians, clinical managers, and the care team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Identifies opportunities to expand or enhance cardiovascular and interventional services to meet community needs.
