Director, Cardiology Centers of Excellence Partnerships

GE HEALTHCAREWaukesha, WI
1d$176,000 - $264,000

About The Position

The Director of CoE Partnerships for Cardiology Care Pathways will play a pivotal role within GE HealthCare’s global cardiology care area team, focused on shaping the future of cardiovascular care, cultivating and managing high-impact partnerships with leading cardiovascular institutions. This role focuses on developing and operationalizing initiatives that span clinical excellence, translational science, education, and innovation to improve patient outcomes and advance the standard of care. We are envisioning an ecosystem the integrated diagnostics, image-guidance and therapy to enable precision patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of translational insight, customer-centric thinking, and deep technical and clinical understanding of cardiovascular care. We are looking for a strategic and agile leader who thrives at the intersection of clinical cardiology, digital and high-tech medicine, and relationship-building. You possess a strong understanding of cardiovascular care and can engage credibly with top-tier clinicians, researchers, and institutional leaders. This is not a commercial sales role, nor a purely technical one—it requires someone who can operate across domains, build trust in complex environments, and drive meaningful impact through building and managing both relationships and technology. The right person combines a customer-oriented mindset with scientific rigor and the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and co-create solutions that advance care. If you are energized by shaping the future of cardiology through collaboration with centers of excellence and have the drive and agency to lead transformative initiatives, this role offers a unique and high-impact opportunity. Please note - we are open to candidates based in the US but the role will require frequent travel to Waukesha, WI and other US based clients approximately 25% of the time. GEHC will not be able to provide sponsorship for applicants now or in the future.
