Position Summary The Director, Cardiac Catheterization Labs & Cardiology Programs provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership across assigned Hoag Heart & Vascular Institute service lines, including but not limited to: Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Labs Acute Myocardial Infarction (AMI) Program OCEMS Cardiovascular Receiving Center Cardiology Scheduling Electrocardiography (ECG) Department This role is responsible for 24/7 administrative, financial, quality, personnel, and physician-relations oversight to ensure exceptional patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The Director partners closely with medical, nursing, and hospital leadership to deliver a seamless, patient-centered experience across the continuum of cardiovascular care. Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian is a nonprofit regional health care delivery network in Orange County, California, consisting of three acute-care hospitals with sixteen urgent care centers, eleven health centers and a network of more than1,800 physicians, 100 allied health members, 8,000 employees, and 2,000 volunteers.
