As a Director in Financial Valuation, you will lead a team of valuation professionals, oversee complex financial valuation engagements, and drive strategic initiatives. Requirements
- 10+ years in financial valuation, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Expertise in financial modeling, business valuation methodologies, and capital markets analysis.
- Experience with valuation software and data analysis tools.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage valuation practices.
- Strong client relationship and business development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
Nice To Haves
- MBA preferred.
- CFA, CPA, ASA highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic direction of the financial valuation practice.
- Lead business valuations, fairness opinions, and solvency opinions.
- Act as the primary client contact, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Oversee valuation models, risk assessments, and financial forecasts.
- Lead business development efforts, supporting private equity and institutional clients.
- Testify as an expert witness in valuation assignments, as needed.
- Mentor and develop teams of associates and senior associates.
