As Director, Business Support, you’ll lead supply chain performance across the network—partnering with suppliers, carriers, field teams, and cross-functional leaders to deliver on our customer promise. You’ll empower divisional planners, Workforce Management, and senior managers to hit goals and drive continuous improvement. What you'll do... Drive flow and efficiency: Resolve escalations, analyze multi-source data, and improve network performance. Manage supplier/carrier performance: Set expectations, conduct audits, run quarterly scorecards, and advise on provider selection. Balance key outcomes: Optimize sales, inventory, in-stock, and profit by surfacing exceptions and coordinating solutions. Strengthen field execution: Set standards, close service gaps, and lead cost reduction/lean practices. Lead teams: Prioritize work, remove barriers, and build an inclusive, high-performing culture. Deliver divisional initiatives: Execute business plans while upholding values, ethics, compliance, and Open Door culture. What you’ll bring…. You lead planners, Workforce Management, and senior managers on divisional strategic initiatives. Alignment with DOMs and Divisional VPs to deliver service, variance, and flow targets. You own decisions on flow optimization, supplier/carrier performance, escalations, and project priorities. Recommendation on process improvements and corrective actions. Allocation of resources and direct teams to execute. Flexibility to support a 24/7 operation and seasonal needs. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
