Role and Responsibilities This role is for a Director of Business Strategy, supporting the SVP of the Customer Care organization. The position will focus on key project management to drive business initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable results. The successful candidate has a wide range of experience and is able to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Lead key project management efforts to support business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and innovation within the Customer Care business. Determines methods and procedures for new assignments and coordinates others' tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. Exercise judgement in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and internal performance data to inform decision-making on complex issues. Anticipate and identify critical risk factors based on internal and external factors and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic planning and execution. Manage activities to prepare messages that are shared across the business organization to address urgent internal and external tasks in support of the SVP’s management activities.
