The Project Management & Enablement Team manages a portfolio of large multi-functional projects sponsored by Senior Leadership that execute the business strategy for PGIM. These high-impact initiatives are designed to achieve the following business drivers: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead projects and new business initiatives that drive business growth Modernize client facing deliverables to generate flexibility, improve timeliness, and create scalable processes Raise technical aptitudes and enable self-service across the organization to create further scale Deploy global collaboration and workflow tools to improve efficiency The Project Management & Enablement Team is looking for a Director, Business Process Enablement to play a critical role in supporting diverse operational initiatives by contributing to the analysis, design, and enablement of future-state operating models. This role partners closely with senior team members, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to help ensure that process changes are effectively enabled through scalable, low-code / no-code solutions and fit-for-purpose technology.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in investment operations, project management, business analysis, process improvement, or operations transformation
  • Experience with low-code / no-code platforms
  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI, and Microsoft Power Automate tools
  • Strong foundation as a business analyst with experience documenting complex workflows
  • Experience enabling process change through technology solutions
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Lead current-state process analysis and future-state design for investment operations workflows
  • Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions
  • Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency using low-code / no-code platforms
  • Partner with stakeholders across various business lines to design and implement scalable solutions
  • Lead cross-functional stakeholders through complex change initiatives
  • Establish best practices for process documentation and governance
  • Monitor post-implementation outcomes and drive continuous improvement
