The Director of Business Operations will directly support the Vice President of Cross Platform Delivery (CPD). This director is responsible for a broad range of activities focused on identifying and implementing consistent, cohesive and efficient business operational practices across the broader Global Infrastructure (GI) organization. The incumbent will work closely and collaborate with key stakeholders across GI. They will possess outstanding thought leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and organizational skills, and will have a proven record of excellence operating independently and within a high performing team environment. This individual will also serve as a thought partner in determining direction for the organization and business partners, in collaboration with its leadership team.

Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in program or product management.
  • 5 years’ experience leading teams either directly or indirectly.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and change management, with a proven capacity to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks while meeting time-sensitive deadlines within complex and fast-paced organizational environments.
  • Proven success influencing senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority, driving alignment and adoption across diverse teams, geographies, and disciplines.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience establishing or unifying business intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • History of partnering with corporate functions (e.g., Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace Services).
  • Track record of building inclusive and engaging colleague experiences.
  • Commitment to developing talent and fostering continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a team that leads the identification, design, and implementation of standardized business operational practices to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across a global organization with multiple sub‑departments.
  • Assess current-state processes across regions and functions to identify redundancies, gaps, and inefficiencies, and define future‑state operating models aligned to enterprise strategy with the intention to mitigate informational and operational sprawl.
  • Establish and maintain global frameworks, standards, and playbooks for business operations, ensuring clarity, repeatability, and ease of adoption across diverse teams.
  • Partner with senior leaders and functional stakeholders to align operational improvements with strategic objectives, regulatory expectations, and risk management considerations.
  • Drive cross‑departmental change initiatives, coordinating dependencies, sequencing adoption, and removing barriers to consistent execution across geographies and business units.
  • Implement governance and oversight mechanisms to ensure adherence to standardized practices while enabling appropriate local flexibility where required.
  • Serve as a central point of expertise for operational excellence, providing guidance, coaching, and best‑practice recommendations to teams across the organization.
  • Promote a culture of continuous innovation and simplification, leveraging feedback loops, lessons learned, and industry best practices to evolve operational maturity over time.
  • Operate as the Enterprise Technology Services representative for global real estate & workplace experience (GREWE) initiatives across United States campuses, partnering proactively with Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, and Digital Workplace teams.
