Under the direction of the VP, Business Development, the Director, Business Development for Catalyst Flex will serve as a key driver of growth within our Functional Service Provider business unit, with an immediate mandate to expand the pipeline. The Director, Business Development is a driven member of our high-performing team, bringing creativity, grit, and a relentless pursuit of new business. You will leverage every tool, tactic, and relationship to identify prospects, open doors, and secure partnerships. In this role, you will be expected to deliver results quickly, combining aggressive prospecting with thoughtful relationship-building to grow market share. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle — from identifying and qualifying leads, to developing and executing tailored sales strategies, to negotiating and closing deals. Manage select client relationships to ensure continued engagement and upselling potential.
