Role Purpose The Business Development Representative – Commercial is an individual contributor role focused on driving company growth through new business development and lead qualification. Working closely with Marketing and field Sales teams, this role is responsible for converting marketing-qualified leads into sales opportunities and developing new prospects through targeted outbound activities. This position plays a critical role in building pipeline, engaging prospective customers, and enabling the success of the commercial sales organization.
