Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in business development or account management within the medical device sector
  • Proven track record of generating and closing deals exceeding $25 million USD
  • Extensive network of relationships with key stakeholders at top OEMs in the U.S. medical device market
  • Technical expertise and commercial insight in areas such as cardiovascular, neuro, diabetes, minimally invasive surgical systems, hearing and vision, and wound care
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, or business; advanced degree preferred
  • Strong negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in EMS, CMO, or engineering business environments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and executive-level clients
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as required

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth in the U.S. medical device OEM market
  • Qualify and manage high-potential customer accounts, generating a robust and actionable pipeline
  • Negotiate and secure contracts for medical device manufacturing and assembly services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with customer product plans and business objectives
  • Build strategic alliances with key B2B customers and maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact to showcase capabilities and provide thought leadership
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ISO requirements, and industry best practices
  • Influence and advise senior management on account strategy, talent acquisition, and operational improvements
