About The Position

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop opportunities with US Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Systems Integrators (SIs), integrating advanced technological capabilities into their systems while navigating US Government acquisition processes. You will apply your subject matter knowledge in sensors, effectors, platform subsystems, command and control, and autonomous systems, to shape requirements and ultimately capture opportunities with US based partners. With a Mission First Mindset, you will prioritize the needs of clients and the warfighter, actively seeking ways to build exceptional products that enhance defense capabilities. You will take ownership of your accounts, collaborating with clients and engineers to shape success, while demonstrating technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning. As a structured thinker and problem solver, you will communicate effectively across teams and distill complex issues into actionable plans. Your role will involve fostering teamwork and collaboration, developing rapport with stakeholders at all levels, and embracing your position as a 360 degree leader. Lastly, you will also promote diversity and inclusion, encouraging unique perspectives as you contribute to reshaping our world.

Requirements

  • Experience developing and executing capture plans for B2B opportunities in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
  • Experience with complex systems involving hardware and software.
  • Experience running active business forecasting pipeline
  • Experience building and maintaining an opportunity pipeline in SalesForce
  • Comfortable with working in limited resource environments.
  • Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in a complex environment.
  • Ability to travel 25 – 50%.
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance

  • Experience managing complex technical projects with OEMs and systems integrators
  • Science, Technology, Engineering or Math degree
  • Prior military or contracting experience
  • Expertise in AI and autonomous systems
