About The Position

In this role, you will leverage demonstrated experience in developing non-US partnerships to integrate advanced technological capabilities into various systems while adhering to international customs and relevant regulations, including export policies and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. You will apply your subject matter knowledge in sensors, effectors, platform subsystems, command and control, and autonomous systems, to shape requirements and ultimately capture opportunities with non-US government, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and system integrators. With a Mission First Mindset, you will prioritize the needs of clients and the warfighter, actively seeking ways to build exceptional products that enhance defense capabilities. You will take ownership of your accounts, collaborating with clients and engineers to shape success, while demonstrating technical aptitude and a commitment to continuous learning. As a structured thinker and problem solver, you will communicate effectively across teams and distill complex issues into actionable plans. Your role will involve fostering teamwork and collaboration, developing rapport with stakeholders at all levels, and embracing your position as a 360 Degree Leader. Lastly, you will also promote diversity and inclusion, encouraging unique perspectives as you contribute to reshaping our world.

Requirements

Experience developing and executing capture plans for non-US opportunities Aerospace and Defense industry.
Experience with complex systems involving hardware and software.
Experience building and maintaining an opportunity pipeline in SalesForce.
Experience running active business forecasting pipeline.
Comfortable with working in limited resource environments.
Comfortable with setting and achieving goals in a complex environment.
Ability to travel 25 – 50%.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing complex technical projects with non-US governments, OEMs, and Systems Integrators.
Expertise in AI and autonomous systems.
Science, Technology, Engineering or Math degree.
Prior military or contracting experience.
