Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, plus 7 years of progressively responsible experience.
• working in business architecture, systems analysis and design with experience driving business requirements through process mapping, modeling and information flows
• experience leading proof of concepts (PoCs)/discovery using data-driven methods to validate value, de-risk approaches, and influence executive decisions
• experience with the following technologies: Pega eWorkflow, BPM, Robotic Process Automation, eForms, OpenText (content/correspondence), and Enterprise Data Lake patterns (governance, lineage, MDM, analytics enablement), experience incorporating Generative AI and Conversational AI (chatbots/voice bots) into business capabilities, including prompt/LLM patterns, retrieval, and responsible AI controls.

Responsibilities

• To develop a business architecture strategy for the domain, applying a structured approach and methodology for capturing key views of the business.
• Work as an effective liaison between the business and technology to effectively influence and negotiate decisions as they relate to the domain strategy.
• Define and maintain strategy to ensure technology solutions support business needs and strategies within cost, schedule and scope.
• Create and oversee the road map for capabilities within the domain.
