Exceptional candidates will have a demonstrated track record of project management success across a mix of long-term assignments and shorter-term client projects. The Director will not only be responsible for day-to-day leadership of client scopes, he/she is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service as the primary point of contact for those clients and related stakeholders (e.g. third-party agencies, partners). Finally, the Director should be comfortable operating across a range of sponsorship industry topics including partnership strategy, activation ideation and planning, and sponsorship measurement. The ideal candidate will have the ability to cultivate/maintain relationships across all levels. This person will also have strong coaching and mentoring skills to assist with leading and developing junior team members.
