What are we looking for? The Director, Brand & Content Strategy is responsible for defining, elevating, and scaling the voice and narrative of People Assurance across Wisetail and Alchemy. This leader will build structured messaging frameworks, guide cross-funnel storytelling, and oversee the creative and content engine that powers integrated marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience supporting enterprise or multi-brand businesses ($100M+).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead brand and content strategy across buyer journeys and funnel stages.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing and collaboration with demand generation teams.
  • Successful track record developing brand narratives and content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience with website rebuilds, agency/vendor management, SEO alignment, and content planning.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI and automation tools for content development and insights.
  • Strong collaboration skills across brand, demand gen, product marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Ability to turn generic messaging into sharp, differentiated POVs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in training, compliance, LMS, or related industries.
  • Experience working within multi-brand portfolios or complex B2B ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and drive clear, differentiated brand narratives for Wisetail and Alchemy, moving beyond generic messaging to bold, market-relevant viewpoints.
  • Build a disciplined, buyer-aligned content strategy that fuels cross-funnel demand generation programs.
  • Lead the creation of high-value thought leadership, case studies, product content, and sales enablement assets.
  • Use AI and automation to scale content production and personalize messaging across buyer segments.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation to co-develop integrated campaign strategies with aligned messaging, content, and channels.
  • Build content playbooks and frameworks that ensure campaign consistency across brands.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to ensure top-funnel narratives connect seamlessly with later-stage assets.
  • Work with Customer Success to surface customer stories and advocacy opportunities that enhance credibility.
  • Own visual and verbal brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Provide creative direction and oversee brand governance for all design and content outputs.
  • Lead website strategy and rebuilds for Wisetail and Alchemy, optimizing for messaging, conversion, SEO, and buyer experience.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of content strategists and designers, while optimizing agency partnerships.
  • Establish workflows and alignment across Demand Gen and Product Marketing to deliver coordinated messaging and creative.
  • Define performance metrics connecting content and creative efforts to engagement, pipeline acceleration, and revenue impact.
