The Director, Brand and Communications will be responsible for shaping and executing Versaterm’s global brand and external communications strategy. This role aims to strengthen the company’s position as an innovator and trusted partner in public safety technology by driving a unified market narrative and brand voice. The Director will oversee all aspects of external brand and communications, including media relations, analyst relations, executive visibility, brand storytelling, and strategic product and customer narratives. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with Executive leadership, Product, Sales, and People teams to ensure communications reflect Versaterm’s culture of innovation and integrity. A key focus is to deepen engagement with employees and partners, reinforce the company’s mission and values, and ensure communications resonate across diverse audiences, ultimately aligning brand, communications, and go-to-market priorities to drive market awareness, credibility, and growth.
