About The Position

Our client is seeking a Director, Benefits to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise‑wide benefits programs across one of the nation’s leading healthcare systems. This newly created, senior‑level role reports to the Vice President, Total Rewards and offers the opportunity to influence benefit strategy at scale while partnering closely with executive leadership. Requirements
- 10+ years of benefits leadership experience in the healthcare sector
- Deep expertise in health & welfare, retirement (401(k), 403(b), pension), and compliance
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and optimize cost and value
- Strategic mindset with strong operational execution
