The Director of Benefit Services will be accountable for creation, implementation, cost effectiveness, quality assurance, and on-going management responsibilities for benefits operations. The duties consist of Post Sale activities, Billing, Payments and Carrier compliance activities among other cross functional duties. The individual will be part of the benefits leadership team often transitioning between corporate initiatives and department specific activities. Ideal candidate has experience in managing multiple teams from transaction-oriented teams to high tenured specialty teams in onsite and virtual working environments.
