Role Summary: The Director, Assistant General Counsel, Corporate & Securities will be a key member of Pinterest’s Legal team, reporting into the VP & Deputy General Counsel, Corporate, Commercial and Marketing. You will manage a small but high-performing team and be responsible for advising on U.S. securities law compliance, SEC reporting and disclosure matters, corporate transactions (including M&A), corporate governance, subsidiary management, treasury-related matters, sustainability-related initiatives and disclosures, and equity administration compliance. This role partners closely with Finance, Investor Relations, Accounting, Corporate Development, People/Total Rewards, Equity, Internal Audit, and the Board of Directors.
