This Director Assistant to SVP - Regulatory Reporting & Treasury Controller position is a strategic partner to the SVP – Regulatory Reporting & Treasury Controller and his entire leadership team. This position plays a vital leadership and strategic role in the effective operation of the Controllership organization, driving and supporting high profile initiatives on behalf of this organization and the broader organization. The Director Assistant is highly visible within the organization and is a member of the Regulatory Reporting & Treasury Controllership senior leadership team. The RRTC organization is comprised of approximately 450+ globally who are responsible for (i) preparing and reporting the Company’s financial performance and other information to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and other regulators (ii) ensuring a strong control and compliance environment is achieved through data governance, regulatory reporting service management and quality assurance, and Finance Data Management (iii) accounting, reporting, and business advisory support of all treasury transactions as well as overseeing treasury middle office functions. How will you make an impact in this role? Provide strategic support to RRTC leadership team; steer strategic business initiatives from genesis to fruition for a wide range of initiatives and projects, which requires driving broad-based, long-range thinking, planning, syndication and execution of organizational priorities, talent management, and various CEG processes. Develop and design executive-level presentations for both internal and external audiences, as well as other adhoc presentations which require conceptual design and unstructured development of executive-level presentation material. Lead the organizational goal setting, PMP/Talent Assessment processes, year-end compensation, training and development, colleague recognition and colleague engagement initiatives and events. Collaborate closely with various partners across the enterprise and external parties, including but not limited to CEG Colleague Strategic Partners, Controllership VPA and MAs, GCO, GSM, and other partners to ensure alignment on relevant decisions and projects. Manage the overall organization budgeting and Opex tracking process. Manage and participate in key meetings, including organizing meetings, developing objectives and material, coordinating follow-ups, etc.
