We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Client Experience Product to join our team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. Role Overview The Director of Client Experience Product owns the client experience strategy for the fund and investor solutions platform, which encompasses performance and accounting products, ensuring these capabilities deliver a unified, intuitive, and insight-rich experience. This role will also partner across the organization (platforms, digital, data and service channels) to ensure that products and services for asset owners align with the same experience principles, and desired outcomes for the asset owner client segment even when delivered outside the core product suite of FIS.
