In this important leadership role you will lead Customer Development teams to strategically achieve business and departmental objectives and contribute to strategic budgeted sales and operating profit results. You will lead the development and execution of joint business plans with Amazon, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional results in the Baby and Child Care categories. And, you’ll discover and develop innovative strategic opportunities directly impacting consumers through collaboration and integration of company brands and retailers. In this role, you are the conduit between K-C and Amazon, and the central leader for a multi-functional team, ensuring repeatable, sustainable delivery of results.
