  • Experience in moving GenAI, LLMs, or Agentic AI projects from Proof-of-Concept to full-scale production.
  • Hands-on experience architecting RPA frameworks (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and low-code/no-code integrations.
  • Knowledge of RAG frameworks, vector databases, API orchestration, and data pipeline (ETL/ELT) architectures.
  • Experience using Lean Six Sigma or Agile/SAFe to map manual workflows into governed, automated systems.

  • Lead Intelligent Automation: Direct the end-to-end configuration and deployment of GenAI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and RPA tools.
  • Manage Project Lifecycle: Manager the full execution of transformation initiatives, directly managing milestones, technical documentation, and cross-functional implementation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Drive the "Pilot-to-Production" pipeline, validating AI use cases (e.g., threat triage or predictive risk) before global scaling.
  • Establish Impact Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs (e.g., hours saved, ROI, improved response times) to provide data-driven evidence of operational acceleration.
  • Enforce AI Governance: Ensure all deployments align with ethical AI standards, Verizon’s AI policies and practices, data privacy laws, and corporate security risk frameworks.
