What You'll Do: AI Decisioning Studio Delivery Model Scaling Create and own the plan to build a "through partner" delivery model for AI Decisioning Studio Work cross-departmentally to help train key partners whilst facilitating initial sales and delivery motions for initial customers Work with Product to inform product development to support partner delivery autonomy Project manage program build, reporting progress to SVP CX and Sales, and VP, Head of AI Decisioning Partner Strategy & Market Development Develop and own the AI Decisioning Studio partner go-to-market strategy across AMER and EMEA, covering Service Partners, Technology ecosystems, and Channel opportunities Define and prioritize partners based on vertical alignment, technical fit, and potential to deliver incremental revenue Build AI Decisioning Studio-specific mutual business plans with top strategic partners, including revenue targets, co-selling motions, and enablement roadmaps Deal & Pipeline Support Work directly with Partner Account Managers and AI Decisioning Studio AEs to drive partner-sourced opportunities Support live deal cycles with partner-led customer meetings, solution positioning, and competitive response Conduct joint account mapping to surface high-propensity accounts based on tech stack, customer profile, and business need Create and maintain AI Decisioning Studio-specific partner assets: pitch decks, playbooks, joint GTM materials, and solution positioning
