Aftermarket and Services is one of Carrier's three strategic growth imperatives, and the AM&S team sits at the heart of it. We work across the full spectrum of Carrier's portfolio - Commercial HVAC, Light Commercial and Residential HVAC and Cold Chain - to transform Carrier from a product-centric company to one focused on creating value throughout the product lifecycle. About the role: The AM&S team reports to the Senior Vice President, Global Services and Business Development and works closely with AM&S leaders within Carrier's business units. Team priorities can generally be categorized into the following buckets: increasing aftermarket parts capture, driving service attachment, accelerating mods and upgrades, enhancing digital/connected service offerings, and leading change management. The Director is responsible for owning key components of AM&S, and leads cross-functional project teams to accelerate growth, improve customer service, and expand margins. We are looking for a high-energy, highly collaborative aftermarket athlete to join our team. This position will specifically own the parts and service transformation for the Climate Solutions Europe team, in addition to leading the Global AM Service Council and managing external investor relations updates. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior business and functional leaders across Carrier, and has proven to be an excellent stepping stone to significant operating roles in our business units.
