Pfizer has over a decade of experience in Hematology-Oncology, with nine approved medicines available in over 80 countries in 18 indications that have reached over 239,000 patients worldwide. Our medicines treat the main types of blood cancers, including MM, chronic and acute leukemias, and lymphomas, spanning all three of our core scientific modalities: antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), bispecific antibodies, and small molecules. Our long-standing relationships with the blood cancer community are imperative to our work. We partner with organizations around the world to better understand and support the unique needs of patients living with blood cancers. Our collaborations with patients shape our work and enable us to optimize access to care in the communities we serve. ADCETRIS is a foundational Hematology/Oncology brand with eight approved indications across both B‑cell and T‑cell lymphomas. The Adcetris HCP and Lifecycle Strategy Lead will join a highly talented marketing team to drive lifecycle management strategies for Adcetris. This individual is accountable for: Overall Adcetris HCP marketing strategies across marketing verticals, offering strategic advisory and leadership of resources, messaging, segmentation, and investments. Oversight of Adcetris HCP marketing strategy, consulting promo, P2P and omnichannel HCP marketing to ensure alignment with strategy. Monitor competitive activities and KPIs (e.g. market share, SOV) to inform competitive action planning and evolution of strategy and HCP messaging. Lead US lifecycle management and GTN strategies working closely with the Adcetris cross-functional teams. The role requires senior level marketing expertise and prior US experience. The role also requires strong strategic and analytical thinking as well as creativity and decision-making skills, along with a proven track record of success and leadership in working in a team-based environment, with multiple marketing and cross-functional partners including medical, value and access, advocacy and professional relations, policy and public affairs, sales, account management and business analytics. This position will report to the Sr Director, US Adcetris Marketing Team Lead within US Oncology.
