Impact You’ll Make Execute and lead Accounting & Reporting Advisory engagements with primary responsibility for research and preparation of client deliverables Prepare and review account reconciliations and support communication with client, identifying issues, resolving discrepancies, and escalating matters as appropriate. Review and analyze complex contracts, conducting and supporting technical accounting research and documenting conclusions in accordance with applicable guidance. Prepare and contribute to the review of accounting memoranda and policies, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with accounting standards. What You’ll Do Partner with clients in various industries including but not limited to: life sciences, manufacturing, business services, technology, and consumer. Review of complex contracts and the related technical accounting research Preparation of accounting memoranda and policies Preparation of financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures Research on SEC filing requirements, and preparation of supporting accounting schedules and other audit support Serve as a technical accounting subject-matter expert for the firm’s valuation practice, providing ad hoc research and support Assist other teams within and outside ARA with technical accounting matters Identify areas to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments Actively involved in business development including client pursuits and proposals. Assist with the build out of the Accounting & Reporting Advisory practice. Participate in market-facing activities to develop and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources, principally consisting of public and private companies and CPA firms The selected candidate will be an entrepreneurial self-starter, who is interested in participating in growth of service line within the established firm. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145,000.00 - $300,000.00 Annual. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
