  • Grow the Fitch Solutions business by delivering our value proposition effectively through a consultative sales approach.
  • Build strong relationships with Commercial and Investment Banks to grow revenue and identify opportunities for Fitch Solutions.
  • Deliver Credit Research, Investment Recommendations, and Fixed Income Data Services across all FI asset types, including IG, HY, Structured Finance, and Loans.
  • Provide Credit Risk Solutions helping clients better understand counterparty risk.
  • Conduct Industry and Country Macro Research and Data.
  • Support Sustainability Across Securities, Entities, and Countries.
  • Navigate the client renewal process, including leading contract negotiations and ensuring favorable terms.
  • Direct end-to-end relationship management across the firm to drive engagement of all products.
  • Engage in territory and account planning, including organizational hierarchy and mapping.
  • 5+ years of sales/business development experience, with a track record of growing revenue within banks.
  • Experience working at a bank or with banks, with knowledge of capital markets focused on fixed income.
  • Ability to develop an extensive network of contacts across accounts at the senior executive level, procurement level, and user level.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Ability to understand client strategy and performance and to build an account plan to align products and services.
  • Demonstrated history of positive engagements working in teams.
  • A curious mind and passion for the financial markets.
