About The Position

As the Director of Account Management at Fiserv, you will play a pivotal role in leading an engagement model that enhances and differentiates the client experience for our largest and most strategic clients. This position involves overseeing a team of ten or more Account Managers, ensuring that they successfully deliver and manage service and operational performance for their clients. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a strategic, differentiated enterprise service model that not only builds the Fiserv brand but also enhances the client brand and drives revenue growth. In this role, you will proactively strengthen client relationships and effectively resolve client escalations. You will mentor, direct, and coach your team to cultivate stronger, broader, and deeper relationships both within their client organizations and internally across Fiserv. Additionally, you will actively assess and develop plans to optimize areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness in client support. Monitoring key benchmarks will also be a critical part of your responsibilities, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds performance expectations. This position requires a proven track record of successful management experience, particularly in fast-paced and complex environments. You will need to leverage your extensive experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Implementation management, along with a strong background in Financial Services, to excel in this role. Your ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure situations will be essential, as will your willingness to work outside of standard business hours when necessary. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to travel up to 25%.
