About The Position

As the Director of Enterprise Account Management at ZoomInfo, you will lead efforts to drive customer success and revenue growth within our Enterprise accounts (1,000+ employee headcount). This role requires a proven leader with expertise in retaining and expanding customer relationships, managing both high-value and growth-potential accounts, and fostering strategic executive alignment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Enterprise leadership experience with a strong track record of customer retention and growth (familiar with both renewal and upsell sales cycles)
  • Proven success in managing both 7-figure customers, as well as low spend, high growth accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong track record and comfort in creating executive alignment.
  • Ability to create and deploy deep enablement programs.
  • Consistent achievement of growth targets and quotas.
  • High business acumen.
  • Ability to leverage data to make Go-To-Market decisions, prioritize accounts, and segment territories effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team to achieve individual and organizational revenue quotas.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of strategic customer relationships, with a focus on driving retention, renewals, and identifying upselling opportunities through team execution.
  • Create and execute comprehensive account plans to drive consistent growth and align with company objectives.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale teams (30+ employees) and managing enterprise-level revenue streams ($60M+), with full ownership of P&L, strategic planning, and operational execution.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Manage complex internal processes involving legal, product support, and engineering to ensure seamless account management.
  • Foster strong executive relationships across diverse business functions (CIO, CTO, CMO, etc.).
  • Develop and implement enablement programs to enhance the team's performance and ensure consistent delivery of growth targets.
