Because protecting your skin’s health is what we’re all about. Every. Single. Day.™ Supergoop! is hiring an experienced sales account executive to join us as Director, Account Management – Amazon. This role owns our Amazon business end-to-end, with full accountability for retail sales, net sales, and P&L performance. Reporting directly to the SVP, GM, North America, you will set the strategic vision for Amazon, lead joint business planning, and drive profitable growth through best-in-class execution across assortment, merchandising, promotions, media, and content. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Finance, Operations, Retail Marketing, Sales Planning, Education, and Field Sales to deliver a sustainable growth plan for the brand on Amazon. This is a highly visible, high-impact role for a strategic, results-driven leader with deep Amazon expertise and strong commercial acumen.

Requirements

  • A strategic, data-driven leader with a strong track record of owning and growing large-scale Amazon businesses
  • A relationship builder who can influence both externally with retail partners and internally across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating at both a high strategic level and in day-to-day execution
  • Highly analytical with strong business judgment and financial acumen
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated Amazon experience for a beauty brand
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience overall
  • Proven experience owning account-level P&Ls and driving profitable growth
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Superior analytical skills with deep understanding of key business drivers
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Own Supergoop!’s Amazon business end-to-end, with full responsibility for retail sales, net sales, and P&L performance
  • Set the strategic vision and lead short- to medium-term planning across core and new products, sets, promotions, and marketing strategy
  • Develop and manage forecasts, financial plans, and performance tracking against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Lead joint business planning with Amazon and drive alignment on growth priorities
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner with Amazon, leading negotiations with vendor and category managers on pricing, terms, promotions, and visibility
  • Act as the central connector between Amazon and internal cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution and alignment
  • Translate data and insights into clear, actionable strategies that continuously optimize performance
  • Drive disciplined execution in a fast-paced e-commerce environment while balancing growth and profitability
