This role owns our Amazon business end-to-end, with full accountability for retail sales, net sales, and P&L performance. Reporting directly to the SVP, GM, North America, you will set the strategic vision for Amazon, lead joint business planning, and drive profitable growth through best-in-class execution across assortment, merchandising, promotions, media, and content. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Finance, Operations, Retail Marketing, Sales Planning, Education, and Field Sales to deliver a sustainable growth plan for the brand on Amazon. This is a highly visible, high-impact role for a strategic, results-driven leader with deep Amazon expertise and strong commercial acumen.
