Requirements

  • Business management, product, or payments experience and/or enrolled in BA/BS equivalent is preferred
  • eCommerce knowledge
  • Strong collaborations skills with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally
  • Ability to recognize when to reach out and clarify business requirements
  • Communicates clearly
  • Consistently meets deadlines
  • Curiosity and creativity that leads to understanding a problem that needs to be solved
  • Self-Starter who is adept at managing through chaos to reach a goal

  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and LucidChart
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master's degree program in Marketing, Business or Finance

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and build requirements to optimize product performance through A/B testing, improving funnel metrics, enhancing registration opportunities, increasing customer engagement, converting gift card recipients to purchasers, and encouraging repeat purchases.
  • Develop business requirements, success criteria, and project phasing in conjunction with internal stakeholders
  • Build relationships and work closely with product, marketing, account management, sales, finance, settlement, legal, and compliance to understand product gaps and improve products.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and user research to identify customer needs and market opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to support product development cycles
  • Help track key performance metrics and analyze data to measure product success and recommend improvements.
  • Support the creation of product documentation, roadmaps and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the ongoing website redesign by providing input on mobile and desktop user experience enhancements to ensure ease, accessibility and conversion optimization.
