About The Position
Are you a dependable, hands-on person who wants to make a difference in your community? Methodist Home for Children (MHC) is looking for committed people to join our team as Direct Support Staff in our Multipurpose Home in Lumberton, NC—a residential facility that changes lives and sets teens on the right path.
Requirements
- 21 or older with a valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with youth or in a structured care setting
- Willing to live onsite while on shift
Responsibilities
- Be a positive role model for youth in crisis
- Provide daily support and structure in a group home setting
- Help teens develop life skills, change behavior, and build brighter futures
- Work as part of a live-in care team in a high-impact environment
