As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be part of that mission—walking alongside people as they reach their goals and live with choice and confidence. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Must have a proven work history.
  • Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting.
  • Must be available to work various shifts.
  • Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles.
  • Age 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
  • Team players ready to work flexible shifts and connect with people
  • Must meet insurance eligibility for driving OCCK vehicles
  • Availability to work at least one weekend and one overnight shift

Nice To Haves

  • One year working in the field of human services preferred.
  • Caregiving experience is helpful, but not required—we provide training!
