About The Position

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time | Brick, NJ (3PM–11PM) Pay: A base of $20.20/hour and Up to $24.20/hour with a shift differential & overtime availability Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, includes two weekend days Make a Difference. What You’ll Do Provide direct care and support to individuals in our group homes, apartments, and supported living programs. Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, hygiene, and household tasks. Encourage personal development and community involvement through recreation, social outings, and goal-based activities. Ensure the safety, health, and dignity of each individual while maintaining accurate electronic documentation. Requirements

Compassion, reliability, and teamwork
High School Diploma or GED
Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points
18 years or older
At least one year of longevity with a previous employer

Responsibilities
