About The Position
Endeavor HCBS is hiring compassionate individuals in Glendale, Arizona who feel drawn to working with children and young adults with developmental disabilities. We are currently filling evening and weekend positions supporting youth and young adults in their homes and communities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will help young people: Strengthen communication and social skills Develop independence in daily routines Navigate emotions and behaviors in healthy ways Participate in community activities safely Build confidence and life skills for the future You won't just assist with tasks - you'll help shape growth, resilience, and possibility. Families raising children with special needs face challenges most people never see. Requirements
- Individuals who are naturally patient and calm
- Those interested in education, psychology, nursing, behavioral health, or social services
- Caregivers, paraprofessionals, childcare workers, and teachers looking for meaningful part-time work
- People who believe every child deserves dignity and opportunity
- A high school diploma or GED and reliable transportation are required
- Some cases may involve community outings
