We are currently hiring evening and weekend DSPs across Phoenix and nearby neighborhoods. What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you'll help individuals build independence, confidence, and daily living skills. Responsibilities may include: Supporting daily routines such as personal care, meals, and hygiene Teaching life skills and encouraging independence Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with community outings and activities Following individualized service plans with care and professionalism Every day looks a little different-but every day matters.
