Our dedicated front line staff are out in the field making it happen on a daily basis. Our administration staff play a key role in supporting our frontline staff by giving them the resources and tools they need to be successful. Whether Finance, HR, IT, or Quality Assurance is your game, you’ll be supporting our agency to be able to provide the best programs and services possible. Requirements
- Experience in care or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete training and certifications.
- A valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and assist with physical care.
- Comfortable using electronic devices and performing household tasks.
- Must be able to stand up for long periods of time
- Ability to use a computer to complete documentation.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, meals, and medication.
- Teach life skills like money management and social interaction.
- Ensure safety, provide support, and complete documentation.
- Drive individuals to activities, medical appointments, and other outings using agency vehicles.
