About The Position

Our dedicated front line staff are out in the field making it happen on a daily basis. Our administration staff play a key role in supporting our frontline staff by giving them the resources and tools they need to be successful. Requirements

  • Experience in care or customer service (preferred).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to complete training and certifications.
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and assist with physical care.
  • Comfortable using electronic devices and performing household tasks.
  • Must be able to stand up for long periods of time
  • Ability to use a computer to complete documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • bilingual or ASL skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, meals, and medication.
  • Teach life skills like money management and social interaction.
  • Ensure safety, provide support, and complete documentation.
  • Drive individuals to activities, medical appointments, and other outings using agency vehicles.
