Our administration staff play a key role in supporting our frontline staff by giving them the resources and tools they need to be successful. Requirements
- Experience in care or customer service (preferred).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to complete training and certifications.
- A valid driver’s license
- Must be able to lift 25+ lbs and assist with physical care.
- Comfortable using electronic devices and performing household tasks.
- Must be able to stand up for long periods of time
- Ability to use a computer to complete documentation.
Nice To Haves
- bilingual or ASL skills a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, meals, and medication.
- Teach life skills like money management and social interaction.
- Ensure safety, provide support, and complete documentation.
- Drive individuals to activities, medical appointments, and other outings using agency vehicles.
