About The Position

Noah Homes Inc. invites compassionate, dependable individuals to apply for the Full-Time Direct Support Professional position. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll have the unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting them in their homes and within the community.

Requirements

Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required).
Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen.
Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years.
Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

Compassionately provide assistance and supervision for all residents with personalized care and empathy.
Ensure residents' safety by addressing their needs with respect and maintaining a secure environment
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and using the bathroom
Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
