Your Day-to-Day: As a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you'll: Support residents with daily living skills, creating an environment where they can thrive. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. Accompany and drive residents to appointments and community activities, enhancing their social engagement. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans. Requirements: Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who: Hold a High School diploma (experience is a plus but not required). Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities. Are able to pass a Live scan and health screen. Hold a Driver's License with a clean record for more than 3 years. Are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, rewarding environment. Working Hours: This role supports residential homes with varying schedules based on the level of care and staffing needs. For our Level 2 and Level 3 homes , the schedule follows a 4-days-on, 3-days-off split-shifts . Weekday shifts run from 6:00 AM-10:00 AM and 2:00 PM-8:00 PM , with one required weekend day consisting of a 12-hour shift . For our Level 4 Memory Care homes , team members work a traditional 8-hour, 4 - 5-day schedule , with shifts available from 6:00 AM-2:00 PM or 2:00 PM-10:00 PM .
