About The Position

Endeavor HCBS is hiring caring, dependable people in Queen Creek for evening and weekend shifts supporting children and young adults with developmental disabilities. This role is for the everyday helper. The person who checks in on others. The one who stays calm, shows up, and treats people with kindness. You do not need a big title or years of experience to make a difference here. You just need patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help someone grow. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will work one-on-one with children and young adults in their homes and out in the community. Your support can help them: Practice everyday routines and life skills Build confidence and independence Improve communication and social interaction Stay safe during community activities Work through behaviors and emotions with support and consistency Some days that may look like helping with a routine at home. Other days it may mean being a steady, encouraging presence during a community outing. In every case, your role matters. Families in the special needs community carry a lot. Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation
