About The Position

Endeavor HCBS is hiring in Phoenix 85008 for evening and weekend shifts, supporting children and young adults with developmental disabilities-and we're looking for people who genuinely care. This isn't a sit-at-a-desk job. It's not clock in, clock out, and forget about it. This is the kind of work where: You build real relationships You become someone families trust You help someone do things they didn't think they could do Some days are easy. Some days take patience. But all of them matter. You'll be working 1:1 with a client, either at home or out in the community, helping with things like: Daily routines and structure Social skills and communication Community outings (parks, stores, activities) Emotional support and redirection Building independence step by step You're not just "watching" someone-you're helping them grow. Because it feels different. Because families are grateful. Because progress-no matter how small-feels huge. Because you know you made someone's day better just by showing up. We can teach the skills.
