We’re seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support and care in a licensed community residential facility. DSPs play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. What We Offer: PAID TRAINING No Experience Required Benefits, 403b and AFLAC Position Details: Mon-Wed 8:00am-2:00pm, Friday 9:00am-8:00pm, Sat 8:00am-7:00pm Total: FT 40 hrs./wk.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (as per program requirements)
• 18 years or older (21+ for Personal Care Homes)
• Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification
• Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy
• EOE

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive individual support and personal care services to clients.
• Promote independence and autonomy by teaching daily living and behavior management skills.
• Engage clients in structured activities that encourage growth and participation.
• Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
• Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
• Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Use the least intrusive intervention methods to support clients effectively.
• Foster community integration by encouraging the use of public resources and recreational opportunities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
