About The Position

We’re seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support and care in a licensed community residential facility. DSPs play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. What We Offer: PAID TRAINING No Experience Required Benefits, 403b and AFLAC Position Details: Schedule: Friday 6:30am-2:30pm, Saturday 7:00am - 2:30pm Total: 15.5hrs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (as per program requirements)
- 18 years or older (21+ for Personal Care Homes)
- Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification
- Provide and Maintain a Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy

Responsibilities
- Provide intensive individual support and personal care services to clients.
- Promote independence and autonomy by teaching daily living and behavior management skills.
- Engage clients in structured activities that encourage growth and participation.
- Complete all required documentation promptly, including time and attendance, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports.
- Participate in ongoing communication and planning for individualized program implementation.
- Administer medications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Use the least intrusive intervention methods to support clients effectively.
- Foster community integration by encouraging the use of public resources and recreational opportunities.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information.
