The Work You won't be sitting in a facility. You’ll be out in the community, networking, and helping people develop skills that actually matter. You’ll work closely with Work With Purpose to bridge the gap between "pre-vocational training" and actual self-sufficiency. Administrative Note Scope of Work: Perform other duties as assigned by Managers or Directors to support the evolving needs of the individuals and the agency. Operational Flexibility : The expectation to work additional hours beyond your primary schedule, availability between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, to meet the needs of our clients, address emergencies, or ensure operational excellence.
