Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
  • Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
  • Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide transportation for individuals to and from doctor appointments and attend appointments as needed.
  • Assist with office administrative duties as needed.
  • Be able to lift in order to assist individuals with loading and unloading in vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally and serve as a company representative in the community.
  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
  • Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
